What documents do I need to rent a car in Budapest?

What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 24 hours. We require a minimum 24-hour lead time to ensure your vehicle is meticulously prepared and ready for pickup.
What happens if I have an accident or breakdown?
All rentals come with 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of a breakdown, call our support line and we'll arrange a replacement vehicle or towing. In case of an accident, contact emergency services first, then notify us immediately.
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, we accept both cash (EUR and HUF) and credit/debit card payments. A security deposit is required at pickup and can be paid by card.
Can I cross borders with the rental car?
Cross-border travel is allowed to most EU countries with prior notification. Additional fees and insurance may apply. Please let us know your travel plans when booking so we can prepare the necessary documentation.
